With flowers, warm weather and summer vacations growing near, new fashion staples are being seen everywhere. Shabby Apple has searched the for this season's best style sensations. While keeping the everyday woman in mind, we have narrowed down our four favorite summer trends for the modern-woman to wear.

Jumping for Jumpers
Now don't be confused, we're not talking about the jumper your mother used to dress you in. This is the ultra-hip, jumper for the grown-up everyday urban chick. Loose-fitting and lightweight, these jumpers are a summer essential.

Lengthy Love

Nothing says summer better than a floor-length dress, which is why Shabby Apple loves this universal trend. Long dresses can be worn throughout the day and into the night with just a little help from a few accessories. For a day-time look, try wearing a pair of Grecian sandals to give the dress a more casual feel. Then just transition into a wedge and add a long necklace to make the long dress versatile for an evening out.

Falling for Fringe

Designers have found a trend inspiration somewhere between the 1920's flapper and Native American tribal wear, creating the modern-day fringe look. This style is universal from head to toe, but don't go overboard, stick to wearing only one fringed-item at a time. We are spotting the trend on headbands, handbags, moccasins, and dresses from day to night. Keep in mind the way the fringe moves while you walk, but don't be afraid to make this style your own.

Stealing his Heart & Jeans

From skinny to boot cut, jeans are a wardrobe staple every one must depend upon. This summer the skinny jean trend will fade into the complete opposite, creating the rise of the boyfriend jean. Boyfriend jeans are baggy and masculine, giving off the impression that you literally stole your boyfriend's favorite jeans. Women should roll up the ankles of the jeans and pair with a spiky heel and complete the look with overly feminine shirts.
